Equal parts bitter and sweet,
I wouldn't take this life as anything but
complete.
I want a neat beginning and end
but God knows I'm always in the middle
of things.
I've been at this brownie recipe
several times now. People tell me
that baking is a precise art.
I do it over and over.
And eat each mistake.
